The website febella.com.mk is operated by ФЕБЕЛЛА ПРОФЕССИОННЕЛ ДООЕЛ Скопје (referred to below as “Febella”, “we” or “us”), with its registered office at Roza Luksemburg Street No. 15a, 1000 Skopje – Centar, North Macedonia. This policy explains how personal data is used when you visit the website and communicate with us. Online sales are still being prepared. Terms for ordering, payment, delivery and returns will be published before sales open.

What data is processed?

Data you provide: your full name, email address and message. For professional enquiries, the form also asks for your salon name, city and business phone number.
Technical data: your IP address, device and browser type, information about your visit and interactions with the website, and data from cookies and similar technologies, according to the active settings and your choices.
Order data: when online sales open, processing orders may require your delivery and billing addresses, phone number, ordered products and payment confirmation. Further information will be shown when you place an order.

Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, identity documents or health information through the contact form or by email.
